Recycling Cart Exchange

Does the size of your recycling cart meet your needs? If you said no, then you may need to right-size your cart.

To request a larger or smaller recycling cart, complete and submit the form below. The recycling cart(s) requested will be delivered to the property identified on the Tuesday (garbage) or Thursday (recycling) following the City’s receipt of the completed request form and any applicable fee(s). Requests received after 1:00 PM on the day before the delivery days identified above will be completed the following week.

The cart scheduled for exchange should be left at the property’s usual collection point (street or alley) by 6:30 AM and must be empty. We will leave the property’s new cart in the same spot. Once the new cart is received, record the serial number on the front of the new cart to help you identify it.
